GYO Families and Supporters, 

 

GYO is going to be selling lunch at the Gilmanton Women's Club, Pies on the Common event this weekend (Saturday, October 6th) from 10-2 at the Town Hall (Academy Building).

 

The Gilmanton Women's Club has been a supporter of GYO for many years. 

At this event, they sell pies for $10 and then turn around and donate all the money they make back to organizations in Gilmanton including GYO. They sold over 140 pies in 4 hours last year! The more pies they sell the more they can donate to others. 

 

Ways You Can Help-

1. Bake your best pie and donate it to the Pies on the Common event. Pies can be dropped off anytime after 8:30 a.m. on Saturday at the Town Hall. If you want to donate a pie but can't drop it off on Saturday we can coordinate an alternate drop off time. 

2. Purchase your favorite pies from the Women's Club.

3. Have lunch at the GYO tent. Famous GYO burgers and dogs will be available along with some warm apple cider.

4. Take a 1 hour shift to cook or sell food at the GYO tent. 

 

If you can help in anyway let us know.  This is one of the last 3 fundraising events that we have this fall. We are getting close to being able to purchase a playground for GYO field but need the help from all GYO families to make this playground a reality.
